Unopened fragrance, seal intact and in its original packaging, may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Opened fragrance cannot be returned. Ceramic sets may be returned unused with the perfume unopened.

Write to [email protected] with the order number and we will send instructions and the return address. Returns travel by ground; do not ship a return without instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what was ordered. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are not offered.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund it and cover the return.

Ceramic vessels and glass applicators are handmade. Variations in glaze and form, imperfections within the glass, color variations and drip marks are part of the object and are not faults or grounds for return. Leaking bottles or vessels, or items that arrive broken in shipment, are replaced at no cost.
